We offer computer help so you do not have to fight with it. We can do many computer repairs on site at your home or office. Some computer repairs require us to take your computer with us. We will fix your computer and return it after the repair and set it back up for you.

Remote Repair

Remote Support - We have a computer program that allows us to fix your computer remotely, as long as you have internet and can run our computer program to let us in to help you. We have a $35 minimum policy**. So, for the first 15 or fewer minutes, the charge is $35. Once past the first 15 minutes, it is $65 per hour. Many problems and issues are resolved very quickly, saving you money. Ask us about prepayment plans that allow you to receive pay-by-the-minute support. We will email you a bill for the services rendered at the end of the session. Our remote program removes itself from the computer to which we are connected after we finish. Data Recovery

What is your data? Your data includes your pictures, your Word and Excel Documents, your emails, and any other content you have created and saved to your hard drive. You should have that data backed up on a regular basis so when disaster strikes you will be protected. If your hard drive lets you down, it may be possible to recover lost data.
